Study on failure of single-bolt double-lap composite joints based on test and numerical emulation

چکیده
In order to study the mechanical properties of ZT7G/LT-03A carbon fiber reinforced composite bolted joints, single-bolt double-lap joints tests were carried out with 3 kinds ply and width, effects different ratios, width diameter ratios on failure load mode analyzed. Then, process specimens was simulated by using progressive damage analysis method. The model are consistent that specimen, which verified accuracy model. On this basis, stress status each during initial shedding studied, influence performance laminates further studied. results show when ratio increases, changes from tensile bearing failure, change does not affect in a certain range.
